BAKER Three proofing paint 2101 is the synthesis of new materials used in waterproofing, insulation, protection plastic solvent which is excellent alternatives of imported products currently, used for printed circuit boards, electronic components moisture-proof, anti-mold, anti-corrosion, Defense parts and loose insulation.

Note : all mechanical and electrical properties at 25 ° C, humidity 55% under the conditions of curing measured seven days.
3 Operation Methods
(1)Main solvent and curing solvent mixed by 10:3:10 in measuring cup
(2)Add glue in a containers larger than the pieces.
(3)Pieces soak in the glue within 2-5 seconds.
(4)Taking out the dipped piece slowly and tilting,making surplurs glue flow .
(5)Puting pieces horizontal on the absorbent paper (small pieces) or a trestle (bulky), curing in 1 hour
(6)Checking the surface, if were not covered by glue,make it perfectly.
(7)Staying 24 hours and painting finished, packaging.
4 Operation Notes
(1)Before spraying PC boards or electronic ,the surface should be dealed with (to get rid of oil and dust) in order to make glue more efferctiveness.
(2)The materials include 2101A,2101B and 2101C components
(3)Brushing spraying,dip-coating can be chosed,diluted with 2101 C
(4)Mixed A : B = 10:3 and if required thinner brush or spraying ,using 2101 C.Mixing ratio A100 + B30 + 100 C
(5)If do the twice then should wait until the first cover dry.
(6)expiration date:12 months (stored in cool,dry places)
Three proofings paint
Three proofings paint is a kind of special paint,used in protecting PCB and other related equipments from the harm of environment Thereby enhancing their duration and ensuring the safety and reliability.
Three proofing paint used as PCB coating, forming a light and flexible flim only 25 -50 microns thick.
