ZD860

    The ZD860 is a constant off-time, high power LED driver IC that is capable of driving up to 1.5A of output current. It operates from an input voltage range of 4V to 40V (AC or DC) and generates a regulated programmable constant output current for high brightness power LEDs. The integrated power switch reduces component count by eliminating the
need for an external power switch. Thermal and overvoltage circuitry protects the power transistors from excessive power dissipation.
    The ZD860 is available in a thermally enhanced 16-pin exposed TSSOP green package.




ZD861
    The ZD861 is a 2-channel Transformerless High Power LED driver. It operates from an input voltage of 4V to 40V (AC or DC) and generates a programmable constant output current.
    The ZD861 uses a step-down DC-DC controller along with a linear current regulator to generate a constant voltage and current for the LEDs. The output current level is set by a single resistor RSET, or a DC voltage can be inserted into the ISET pin to control the LED current as high as 200mA per channel. Dimming control can be done by applying a
PWM pulse onto the PWM pin to generate various levels of brightness. Thermal and short-circuit protection prevents the power transistors from dissipating excessive power. Any LED drop-out will be detected and alerted on the Status output pin as a safety feature of the device.
    The ZD861 is available in a thermally enhanced 16-pin exposed TSSOP green package.




ZD1937
     The ZD1937 is a constant frequency, current mode PWM, inductor based step-up (boost) converter especially designed to drive multiple white LED’s in series. The LED current is regulated in this converter design so that all LED’s have the same current and therefore have inherently matched light output. The converter design operates at high frequency (1.2MHz) operation so that a small, low profi le inductor can
be used as well a small value output integrating capacitor.
    The ZD1937 has built-in over-voltage protection (OVP) with internal thermal shutdown ability to prevent device from overvoltage or an open circuit condition at the voltage output.
    The ZD1937 is available in either a space saving SC70, a SOT25, or ThinSOT25 package for very small board space applications




ZD3203
    The ZD3203 is a low noise, constant frequency, regulated charge pump DC/DC converter that uses 2 phase conversion for high power output applications such as fl ash and torch White LED applications. The part can be used to produce a regulated voltage or current of up to 300mA from a 3.3V to 5V input. Low external parts count make the ZD3203 ideally suited for small, battery-powered applications.
   An internal 2-bit DAC allows LED current to be adjusted for LED brightness control. The ZD3203 also has thermal shutdown protection and can survive a continuous shortcircuit from Vout to GND. High switching frequency enables the use of small external capacitors. A low current shutdown
feature disconnects the load from Vin and reduces quiescent current to less than 1uA.
   The ZD3203 is available in a 10-pin MSOP Green Packages.




ZD3205
   The ZD3205 is a low noise, super low quiescent current, regulated charge pump DC/DC converter that uses 2 phase conversion for high power output applications such as fl ash and torch White LED applications. The part can be used to produce a regulated voltage or an output current of 500mA from a 3.6V to 5V input. Low external parts count make the ZD3205 ideally suited for small, battery-powered applications. An internal 2-bit DAC allows LED current to be adjusted for torch, red-eye, and fl ash functions. The ZD3205 also has thermal shutdown protection. High switching frequency enables the use of small external capacitors. A low current shutdown feature disconnects the load from Vin and reduces quiescent current to less than 1uA.
    The ZD3205 is available in a 10-pin MSOP Green Package.




ZD3213
   The ZD3213 is a low noise, super low quiescent current, regulated charge pump DC/DC converter that uses 2 phase conversion for high power output applications such as fl ash and torch White LED applications. The part can be used to produce a regulated voltage or current of up to 600mA from a 2.9V to 5V input. Low external parts count make the ZD3213 ideally suited for small, battery-powered applications.
   An internal 2-bit DAC allows LED current to be adjusted for LED brightness control. The ZD3213 also has thermal shutdown protection and can survive a continuous shortcircuit from Vout to GND. High switching frequency enables the use of small external capacitors. A low current shutdown
feature disconnects the load from Vin and reduces quiescent current to less than 1uA.
   The ZD3213 is available in a 10-pin MSOP Green Package.




ZD3215
    The ZD3215 is a low noise, super low quiescent current, regulated charge pump DC/DC converter that uses 2 phase conversion for high power output applications such as fl ash and torch White LED applications. The part can be used to produce a regulated voltage or current of up to 800mA from a 2.9V to 5V input. Low external parts count make the ZD3215 ideally suited for small, battery-powered applications.
    An internal 2-bit DAC allows LED current to be adjusted for LED brightness control. The ZD3215 also has thermal shutdown protection and can survive a continuous short-circuit from Vout to GND. Built-in soft-start circuitry prevents excessive inrush current during start-up. High switching frequency enables the use of small external capacitors. A
low current shutdown feature disconnects the load from Vin and reduces quiescent current to less than 1uA.
   The ZD3215 is available in a 10-pin 3x3 DFN Green Packge.



ZD831
  The ZD831 is a high voltage, transformerless AC-DC constant current driver for driving a string of white or RGB LEDs in series. It operates from an universal input voltage of 85VAC to 240VAC and generates a programmable constant output current. The high operating voltage of ZD831, along with its linear control architecture eliminates the need for an external inductor, transformer and rectifying diode bridge. The output current level is set by a single resistor and can be set as high
as 30mA. Dimming control can be accomplished by using pulse-width modulation signal with varying duty cycle on the PWM pin or by applying an analog DC voltage on the ISET pin. Thermal and over-voltage circuitry protects the internal power transistors from excessive power dissipation.
    The ZD831EVB is confi gured for application using 110VAC or
240VAC (details in the Typical Applications section) operation
by default settings from factory.



ZD860
